The business, which has had an office in the city since 2011, now occupies 7,500 square feet of space on the building's second floor alongside current tenants PwC, Eversheds, Clyde & Co and Penspen Integrity.
Adam Heather, Executive Partner of DWF's Newcastle office, commented: "DWF has had a strong presence in Newcastle for many years, and the past few years in particular have seen us undergo significant evolution and growth as a business.
"We are very much committed to investing further in our people and services here in Newcastle, so now was the right time for us to move into premises that are not only modern and fit-for-purpose, but will give us the space and flexibility we need to accommodate planned future growth.
"I am also pleased that we will be able to fully roll-out agile working in the new office, which will give our people much more flexibility going forward and allow us to maintain our position as a leading, family-friendly employer."
