Data capture and playback

As part of our commitment to innovation and best practice, we have developed our own, proprietary claims management system, called Evoclaim

Evoclaim enables new claims logged via the customer's dedicated online portal to be automatically registered and acknowledged. It then uses automated business intelligence to review what was submitted and provide a checklist of outstanding items to the claims handler on a case-by-case basis, ensuring the validation process is completed as quickly as possible. Evoclaim also enables us to help clients monitor their financial exposure, not only in terms of reserves and payments on a claim by claim basis, but also the performance of an overall scheme or program from a risk management perspective.

Using Evoclaim, clients can access reports and statistics on individual claims or entire portfolios, as well as filtering in whichever way required such as by year of account, geography, injury type etc. 

In addition, we provide a client dashboard available via a secure extranet portal that displays instant graphical analysis on claims according to the client's precise business requirements. This provides direct & instant access to the most important data without the need to request information via our team.
