Experience


Tina is a highly experienced insurance litigator specialising in the defence of personal injury claims in New South Wales and the ACT on behalf of international and domestic insurers, and self-insured corporates and associations.  She regularly advises on policy coverage and dual insurance.

She also advises on critical incident response, SafeWork investigations, prosecutions and coronial inquiries. 

Tina works with a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on construction, hospitality and security, and sports and leisure sectors. She works closely with businesses and organisations to help them improve their incident management procedures and reduce risk.

Tina is a staunch advocate for her clients and is trusted for her technical, highly strategic and commercially astute advice.  She is bilingual with working proficiency in Chinese.

  • Acting for principals and subcontractors in multi-party, large loss claims arising from injuries to workers. These matters often involve workers compensation recoveries, contractual disputes and dual insurances issues.
  • Acting for security contractors and hoteliers in relation to intentional tort actions.
  • Acting for gymnasiums, recreational facilities and sporting organisations in respect of injuries to participants and spectators 
  • Advising organisations and businesses on critical incidents, including associated nervous shock and compensation to relatives proceedings
  • Acting for play centres and holiday accommodation providers in respect of injuries to minors
