He also advises venture capital funds and firms, fund promoters, management companies, investors and financial institutions on the implementation of private equity projects, participating in all stages of a wide range of investment transactions.Ricardo also has extensive experience in providing advice and representation in a wide range of tax proceedings.
Prior to joining RCD, he advanced in his career at a number of prestigious companies and law firms.
