Paul Holmes, is one of the partners heading up a circa 200 strong fraud team at DWF.
Paul started acting for insurers in 1994, and spent many years working in complex high value and coverage technical insurance work including property, casualty, commercial, motor and first party defence. In 2006 due to client demand, Paul founded a dedicated fraud team at his previous firm, which continued to grow before Paul left to join DWF in 2011.
Paul now helps manage the DWF fraud offering and client relationships, directly heads up a team of circa 40 counter fraud lawyers, and continues to work on cases usually of a complex nature including large loss, first party claims of all types, commercial fraud, property fraud, casualty fraud and motor.
