Patrick has expertise in dealing with asbestos exposure cases, upper limb disorders, deafness and stress. He also deals with complex and large loss injury cases.
He has a particular interest in stress and has successfully defended these claims on behalf of local authorities, schools, universities and PLCs. He has experience dealing with the jurisdictional and other issues that arise when there are stress and related Employment Tribunal proceedings, working closely with our employment team so as to achieve the best outcome for insurers and their policy-holders.
Patrick deals with asbestos exposure cases and has dealt with claims for Legionnaire's disease as well as claims and Inquests involving alleged mercury and radiation exposures. He deals with fatal claims, including Coroner's Inquests.
Patrick regularly delivers training and provides strategic advice for clients on these areas of law and has spent time working in-house for a leading UK insurer.
