Marta Catalán is a member of the Tax Area of the firm. She is an expert in the taxation of corporate reorganisation and restructuring transactions, in tax due diligence analyses, and in company sale and purchase transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
She has extensive experience in tax planning and providing recurring advice to national and multinational entities, corporate groups, and family businesses. In addition, she has considerable experience in liaising and negotiating with the tax authorities in tax verification and inspection procedures, as well as in contentious-administrative proceedings.
