Marta is a Senior Associate in the Labour Department.She is specialized in employment law; trade union matters and labour litigation. She provides comprehensive legal assistance to both companies and employees on all aspects of employment and self-employment relationships, including hiring phases, remuneration and incentive plans, company welfare, disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals, temporary and permanent lay-off procedures and, in general, termination of the employment relationships. She also provides advice on health and safety matters, as well as on consultancy and service agreements.
She graduated from Università Statale degli Studi di Milano and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2014.
Prior to joining DWF, Marta gained extensive experience working for several years in the labour departments of prominent Italian boutique law firms based in Milan, with a particular focus on judicial proceedings and employment litigation.
