Lucy specialises in defending claims for professional negligence brought against a wide range of professionals, including solicitors, barristers, accountants, tax advisers, financial advisers, insurance brokers, mortgage intermediaries, insolvency practitioners, pension professionals and trustees. She also regularly advises insurers on coverage issues.
Lucy also has experience dealing with various disciplinary and regulatory matters including before the SRA, the BSB, ICAEW, IPA and the Financial Ombudsman Service.
