Jordi has extensive experience before the courts of justice. He is specialized in civil and commercial cross-border litigation, as well as national and international arbitration and corporate crime. He is distinguished for providing advice in the areas of contractual and extracontractual responsibilities. Likewise, he has expertise in the areas of distribution, agency, franchise, unfair competition, consumer rights and athletic sponsorships.
Jordi has worked in several areas and stands out in the telecommunications and software sectors, as well as the, automotive, industrial, pharmaceutical and food industries. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of several companies.
He is a regular speaker and lecturer at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) on contractual and extracontractual liability, medical liability, defective products and product recall. He wrote several articles regarding civil, procedural and bankruptcy law, as well as arbitration and contractual liability.
