As Commercial Director, Jess broadens and deepens client relationships by strategically expanding the services and solutions we provide to our clients.
Jess began her career at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, where she trained and qualified as a Corporate Lawyer. Throughout her career, Jess has led high-performing teams, including as Director & Co-Head of Legal Transform & Operate at Ernst & Young (EY) and the Financial Services Engagement Teams at Lawyers on Demand and Axiom Law.
Jess is passionate about innovation and driving positive change within organisations. She has designed and implemented strategies for global teams, building trusted client relationships with General Counsel, Heads of Legal and C-Suite Executives along the way.
Her expertise spans legal operations, financial services and commercial contracts. Jess holds a Psychology BSc (1st Class Hons) from the University of York, a GDL and LPC from BPP Law School, a Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Regent's University London, and completed the Oxford Fintech Programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford.
When she isn’t driving innovation, Jess enjoys skiing, tennis, and spending time with her family.
