Experience
Grzegorz represents clients in disputes at the pre-litigation stage and in litigation at every stage of the proceedings, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings. He is experienced in advising, inter alia, on commercial disputes in the construction, automotive, energy and aviation industries. Grzegorz also provides advice on the claims assessment between parties to business relationships.
Grzegorz advises clients on investment processes in the infrastructure industry, which involve the construction, modernization and revamp of industrial and energy infrastructure. This advice includes support at the stage of preparing and negotiating agreements for a basic design projects and general contracting agreements (EPC and EPCM) under Polish law or the law of England and Wales.
Prior to joining DWF, he advised clients within leading international law firms.
Grzegorz is an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
Grzegorz has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
Grzegorz is the first-place winner in the IV National Commercial Arbitration Moot Court organised by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, during which he was awarded the title of Best Speaker.

- Representing investors in disputes against subcontractors of construction works for payment of remuneration on the basis of joint and several liability of the investor;
- Representing a bank in a dispute for repayment of granted "trade finance" financing;
- Representing automotive manufacturers in disputes against suppliers of automotive components;
- Representing an automotive component manufacturer in a dispute with an electricity supplier;
- Representing an airline company in disputes against passengers for payment of compensation;
- Preparing comprehensive general contracting agreements under the “EPC” formula for the modernisation of an industrial plant and for the modernisation of a waste treatment plant;
- Preparing and negotiating agreements for basic design project and annexes for such agreements for industrial installations.
