Edoardo specialises in employment law and has developed significant experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He regularly advises Italian and international clients on a broad range of employment issues, with particular expertise in labour law matters arising from M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations.
He has also developed specific expertise in commercial agency agreements, advising on their structuring and management, as well as on matters relating to the termination of agency relationships and the calculation of end-of-term indemnities.
