Experience
Chloe joined DWF in 2021 and she has over 12 years' experience in counter fraud and claims validation. She has experience defending suspected fraudulent insurance claims including motor claims, employer's liability, public liability as well as first party fraud.
Chloe has a keen focus on strategic litigation and the technical aspects of counter fraud litigation.
Prior to moving into insurance fraud, Chloe qualified with the Crown Prosecution Service, and on qualification she defended claims in Legal Services at a local authority, before going into private practice.
