He has a particular focus on commerciality of litigation and bringing a client focused, economic approach to case handling and advice.He has acted on behalf of a plethora of insurers in the market in these matters and has represented major and well-known corporate clients, local authorities and government bodies, successfully defending cases on their behalf with close analysis of files and adopting a strategic approach.
He has had success at trial in HAVS and deafness cases and has secured discontinuances in complex asbestos, emphysema and asthma cases including chemical exposure cases.
