He has detailed knowledge and specialism in defending drivers involved in fatal accidentsľbeing prosecuted in the Crown Court, which often involves the instruction of accident reconstruction experts, and medical experts as part of the defence team. Anand also represents insured parties and their drivers at coroner's inquests all over the UK.
