The advisory included legal assistance in negotiating and concluding a lease agreement for 1,450 sq m of office space in a modernist building – Okrąglak, located in the centre of Poznań at Mielżyńskiego St., owned by Pinebridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital. The space will serve as an another IWG' flexible office space centre in Poland - newly opened after the pandemic period.
The project was led by Ewa Lewandowska (Senior Associate) from DWF's Real Estate Department, headed by Joanna Wojnarowska. Joanna and Ewa have been advising IWG plc on projects in Poland for many years.
