DWF advises Atom bank plc in relation to £300m partnership for SME lending

DWF, the global provider of legal and business services, has advised Atom bank plc, the UK’s first app-based bank, in relation to a £300m partnership with Funding Circle. 

The DWF team advising Atom was led by Banking & Finance Partner Matt Williams. 

Matt said, "We are delighted to have advised Atom on another market leading transaction that will see Atom further support the UK SME market through the COVID-19 pandemic."
