DWF has advised Ianua Patet SA, a Swiss company based in Lugano and active in bitumen trade-finance, in the first issuance of a bond, governed by English law, for a maximum amount of 7 million Euro.
The issuance, for subscription by professional investors only, was admitted to trading on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
DWF have advised on the corporate, regulatory, contractual and listing components of the transaction, with the team led by Luca Lo Po' (Partner) and Mario Distasi (Associate).
The London team of Epsion Capital Ltd acted as advisor to Ianua Patet in structuring the transaction.
