DWF recently won the award for Excellence in Law at the GG2 Leadership Awards, which was attended by UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, senior ministers of the UK Cabinet and members of both houses of the UK Parliament. The award was won for the success of our Ethnic Minority and Social Mobility Programme.
Last year the Social Mobility Foundation named DWF as one of the top 25 businesses in its annual Social Mobility Employer Index, where we were commended for our work with young people, routes into employment and advocacy at board level.
Commenting on the award win, Seema Bains, Partner and Head of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Group at DWF said: "It is fantastic to receive such a prestigious award in recognition of our Social Mobility and Ethnic Minority Access Scheme. Access to the profession remains a challenge so it's great to see our efforts being recognised externally."
