Our webinar will include:

A case and legislation update – A practical update on the latest cases we are seeing come through the courts and tribunals. We will update you on the number of Private Members' Bills working their way through parliament, highlighting the potential for reform - from amended flexible working laws to new obligations for employers in relation to harassment. We will also update you on the latest government consultations, including the holiday pay and dismissal and re-engagement consultations.

Neurodiversity and the workplace – With estimates suggesting that 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent, employers are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of creating an inclusive and diverse workplace for neurodivergent employees. As well as outlining the benefits of inclusivity we will provide an outline of the legal obligations and responsibilities of employers under the Equality Act 2010.

What's on the horizon? – The potential for change in employment law has never been greater. In a post-Brexit era there are a number of contenders for reform as the country continues to tackle the economic crisis. We will conclude with a horizon scan of what the future may look like for employment law, including a focus on how workplace culture is the key to maintaining stability during turbulent times.
