Jemma joins DWF with extensive experience in professional negligence and commercial litigation, having built a strong reputation advising on high-value, complex disputes. Her practice includes claims against solicitors, accountants and valuers, alongside broader commercial litigation, fraud and breach of contract matters.
She has particular expertise in professional negligence claims arising from property and real estate transactions, audit negligence and allegations against financial and legal professionals. Jemma also brings valuable insight into the insurance market, having completed a year-long insurance secondment and developed strong relationships with insurers and brokers.
Prior to joining DWF, Jemma led the professional negligence practice at Kingsley Napley. She has been recognised in Legal 500, the Lexology Index and Global Investigations Review for her work and has acted on some of the most significant negligence cases in the market, including the Danish Customs and Tax Administration litigation (SKAT).
