Our areas of expertise include considering underwriting, claims and complaint files (and providing advice on policy coverage/interpretation and liability, as well as those complaints that do reach the FOS stage) as well as advising insurers in respect of Data Protection Act/GDPR issues, FOS complaints data, long running or complex, sensitive disputes, trends in the complaints being made, dealing with Judicial Review proceedings and updating insurer clients on FOS ‘hot topics’ and FCA proposals that could significantly impact their business.
