Tehreem qualified into Commercial Insurance in June 2018 following a successful period as trainee within the team.
She is regularly instructed by insurers and corporate bodies to provide advice and representation in the most serious criminal cases and is also seen as an authority for insights into technical motoring offences such as Failing to Provide Driver Details under s172 RTA 1988 and Driving without Insurance under s143 RTA 1988.
Tehreem also has a good level of expertise in dealing with a range of non-injury civil claims, including public and products liability, property damage and TPRAI Act 2010 matters.
