Stuart acts for a wide range of private and public sector clients, advising on issues such as interim and terminal dilapidations, lease renewals, non-payment of rent and service charge, liability of former tenants and guarantors, general nuisance matters, squatters, boundary disputes and alienation.
He also advises on issues relevant to property development such as easements, restrictive covenants, party walls, overage and the interpretation of development agreements.
Stuart has particular expertise in insolvency related property matters, agricultural law and the application of non-domestic rates.
