Sangeet is a strong litigator with a solid knowledge of the CPR and firm grasp of the intricacies of Motor Fraud. Sangeet has experience of dealing with induced, exaggerated, bogus passenger, staged/contrived collision and low velocity matters. She manages a caseload of both fast track and multi-track cases. Sangeet applies a robust technical and strategic approach to handling fraud files and has achieved a number of successes through the strike out of cases following applications including findings of fundamental dishonesty.
