Experience
She is skilled in handling complex and varied small claims track final hearings lasting up to one day. Her expertise includes preliminary and final hearings in areas such as RTA, OIC, consumer rights, consumer credit law, housing, debt and assignment, contract, and tort.
Roxana also gained experience as a Paralegal at law firms, managing large PI and Property caseloads, including fast track and multi-track claims. She possesses extensive experience in drafting, having prepared pleadings, witness statements, and formal applications.
Roxana Commenced Pupillage on 1 September 2025.
In her spare time, Roxana is an avid reader and participates in book clubs and a poetry workshop.
