In the regulatory arena, Rosie regularly advises doctors, dentists, optometrists and other healthcare professionals involved in proceedings before the GMC/MPTS, GDC, GOC, HCPC and other healthcare regulators. She conducts her own advocacy at interim order hearings and represented a doctor involved in the longest running GMC case in history which related to the MMR vaccine (GMC v Professor Simon Murch).She is currently advising a doctor involved in the Infected Blood Inquiry. She represents doctors, dentists and optometrists who face disciplinary proceedings before NHS England.
In the clinical negligence arena, Rosie sub-specialises in optical claims and complaints and represents optometrists, dispensing opticians and optical businesses in the defence of optical claims via their membership organisations and insurers.
