Raya Sidhu 768x510

Experience

In 2022, she completed a secondment with a London market underwriting firm where she assisted in claims handling services. This experience provided Raya with unique insight and understanding of the claims process from an insurer’s perspective.

Raya leads the firm’s Retail Risks Specialty Group, which focuses on claims including product liability claims, serious bodily injury, occupier’s liability, lease and service agreements, medical malpractice etc.

Raya understands that there is not a “one-size-fit-all” approach to cases, and discovers practical solutions to resolve complex issues. Her approach is one that considers her client’s business when devising a file resolution strategy.
