Przemysław was a member of a team conducting a dispute regarding a credit insurance agreement between a leading bank and public insurer (the value of the dispute was over PLN 220 million). He also participated in proceedings to set aside an arbitration award. He was also several times a member of teams conducting disputes between a contracting authority and contractor as well as contractors and subcontractors in the road and highway construction sectors.Memberships
