Nicola has been dealing with personal injury claims for 25 years and has been handling catastrophic injury claims for over 10 years including claims involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, chronic pain, FND and NEADS.She has acted for Claimants throughout her career having only recently moved across to defend claims and therefore brings a wealth of experience in respect of tactics utilised by Claimant solicitors.
Nicola is experienced in considering cases involving complex liability and causation issues.
