He has almost 20 years' experience representing clients in criminal investigations and prosecutions brought by the Police, HSE, trading standards and other regulatory bodies.Mark regularly attends and advises upon PACE interviews and have considerable experience of Magistrates and Crown Court hearings.
His criminal law and regulatory experience has enabled him to provide sound advice on all areas of general and financial crime as well as an expertise in relation to Road Traffic Offences and Proceeds of Crime.
Mark has a keen interest in cycling and is an avid follower of the Tour de France as well as having an interest in Leeds Rhinos Rugby League and Middlesbrough FC.
