Experience
Katarzyna is an advocate trainee and works as a Junior Associate in the Banking, Finance and Litigation Insolvency Department in our Warsaw office. Katarzyna specialises in civil proceedings, with a particular focus on cases involving loans indexed and denominated in foreign currencies. She provides comprehensive litigation support, from analysing the client’s legal position, through drafting pleadings and representing clients in court, to conducting settlement negotiations and preparing set-offs. She gained experience, advising both individual clients and banks. Her previous experience also includes assisting insurers in recovering recourse claims under insurance guarantees at the pre-trial, trial and enforcement stages.Memberships
