Jonathan has acted for numerous private equity investors and management teams, in particular advising on a number of cross border mergers and acquisition transactions.

Recent notable transactions have included acting for Woodall Nicholson in connection with an investment by Rutland Partners, Perspective Financial Group on the secondary buy-out by CBPE, Trak Global Group on the investment by Three Hills Capital Partners, NorthEdge Capital on its investments in CMAP Group, Utiligroup, Prohire and Arthouse and the investment in Utiligroup by Accel KKR backed ESG Group, UD Software on the secondary buy-out by Five Elms Capital, Love Energy Savings.com on the secondary buy-out by LDC, Palatine Private Equity on its investment in Zyro Fisher the sale of MJ Quinn to Visabeira and the secondary buy-out of Wealth at Work by Equistone, BGF on the sale of Sofology to DFS, Schweiter Technologies on the acquisition of Lucite International's acrylic sheet business, the management team of The Botanist on the Ł50m buy-out by Graphite and the management team of Ideal Shopping on the take private by Inflexion and secondary buy-out by Blackstone.
