Caroline is a Legal Director in the Regulatory, Investigations and Inquiries (RII) team, with a particular focus on public inquiries and independent investigations.Prior to joining DWF, Caroline had 20 years experience working for government. She led a large litigation team and acted for numerous government departments across a wide range of claims, including group actions and inquests and public inquiries. She was Solicitor to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry for the duration of the Inquiry from 2017 until closure in 2024. Most recently, she was Solicitor to the Southport Inquiry for Phase 1. Caroline has also acted for government departments and individual witnesses across a range of public inquiries.
Caroline's is experienced in leading large teams and large scale and high profile project management.
