Caroline is a very experienced clinical claims lawyer primarily representing NHS defendants at all stages of litigation and advising NHS Trusts on Patient Safety and learning from claims.
Caroline joined DWF's Healthcare team as a Director in July 2022. She has 19 years of clinical negligence claims experience, initially representing Claimants and 13 years for NHS Hospital Trusts, in Newcastle and Leeds, at an NHS Resolution panel firm. Caroline is involved in all aspects of service delivery and management on the NHS R clinical contract. Caroline brings a wealth of claims experience right through to Trial, as well as local knowledge and strong existing relationships with our local NHS Trusts. Caroline is approachable, open minded with a pragmatic and commercial approach to problem solving.
