DMW is a London-based leading independent technology consultancy, whose clients include some of the worlds' biggest brands, specialise in design, delivery and implementation of data and digital transformation programs. The majority stake acquisition by Credera, a consulting firm focused on strategy, transformation, data and technology, will see Credera expand its consulting and digital transformation capabilities into Europe.
The deal was led by London Corporate Partner, Justin Edgar, alongside a team including Will Munday (Senior Associate, Corporate), Sophie Morris (Associate, Corporate), Georgia Hine (Solicitor, Corporate) and Ellis Hart (Trainee Solicitor, Corporate).
