DMW is a London-based leading independent technology consultancy, whose clients include some of the worlds' biggest brands, specialise in design, delivery and implementation of data and digital transformation programs. The majority stake acquisition by Credera, a consulting firm focused on strategy, transformation, data and technology, will see Credera expand its consulting and digital transformation capabilities into Europe.

The deal was led by London Corporate Partner, Justin Edgar, alongside a team including Will Munday (Senior Associate, Corporate), Sophie Morris (Associate, Corporate), Georgia Hine (Solicitor, Corporate) and Ellis Hart (Trainee Solicitor, Corporate).

Justin Edgar, Partner at DWF, commented: "We are delighted to have advised DMW's shareholders on this complex transaction. Having also advised management on the investment by Growth Capital Partners in 2017, it was a pleasure to be involved in this transaction which marks another key milestone in DMW's growth as a market leading consultancy."

Chris Dean, CEO of DMW Group, also commented: "We were delighted to work alongside the team at DWF on this transaction.
