Craig has been DWF's UK Head of Commercial and Competition for the last ten years, specialising in commercial contracts, information technology and intellectual property. He will begin his new role with Managed Services today, overseeing, adapting and executing the Managed Services sales strategy to support both existing and new clients.
DWF's Managed Services offering delivers outsourcing and process-led transformation of legal portfolios providing a fully integrated, end-to-end outsourced solution for clients. The new division expanded rapidly in early 2020, following the acquisition of Mindcrest Inc., a leading legal and managed services business with offices in India, USA and UK, now known as DWF Mindcrest.
Craig said: "I'm excited about the challenge ahead. The creation of DWF's Managed Services division and in particular our acquisition of Mindcrest earlier this year has been game changing, allowing us to better support our clients' needs.
"A large part of my new role will involve working collaboratively with our Commercial Services, Insurance Services, Connected Services and International divisions to ensure we plan, develop and deliver business development activity together across our integrated legal services offering."
Mark Qualter, CEO of DWF Managed Services said: "Craig has developed a reputation for working in partnership with clients to optimise their contracting processes to provide greater value over the longer term. He has been working closely with the Managed Services team since our inception and so he was a natural choice to take on this role.
"To have someone with his experience move into Managed Services is a significant step forward for the growth of the division. I look forward to working closely with Craig and our DWF Mindcrest colleagues, Ganesh Natarajan, George Hefferen and Vishal Anand as we further develop our client offering and take up the opportunities that lie in the market for our business."
