Elena joins DWF from Linklaters in London. She specialises in development and financing of energy projects and is also experienced in various aspects of construction and real estate law. At DWF, Elena will support the energy, construction and infrastructure practice in Doha.
Elena has been practising law in the UK and Russia for the past 10 years. She is a member of the New York Bar Association and is in progress to become a solicitor of England and Wales.

I am keen to utilise my experience in construction and project finance to help clients navigate through the ever changing business and physical landscape of Doha."
