Inclusive leadership: Perspective from an LGBT+ Chief Legal Officer

22 October 2021

Watch our latest Brave New law session where our panel discuss the need for authenticity in leaders and being inclusive in a global context.

Dr Catherine McGregor Author, Management Consultant and co-lead of DWF’s Brave New Law Programme for in-house lawyers, joins Nassib Abou-Khalil, Chief Legal Officer at Nokia and Caroline Colliston, partner at DWF and member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Group to speak about inclusive leadership.

As a leader, encouraging inclusivity is laying the cement that will ensure you have a strong cultural foundation that allows your people and therefore your organisation to thrive.

In this video, Nassib, Caroline and Catherine speak about the need for authenticity in leaders, being inclusive in a global context, balancing varying cultural norms and expectations with your own values, plus, we find out more about Nassib's work developing Nokia's successful 'OUT Leaders' programme.
