Celebrating Apprenticeship Week at DWF

Apprenticeships play a vital role in building skills, creating opportunities, and shaping future careers. They offer a unique pathway for individuals to earn while they learn, gain hands-on experience, and develop expertise that benefits both the apprentice and the business.

This week, we’ll be shining a spotlight on our amazing apprentices across the business. Join the conversations to hear their stories, insights, and experiences first-hand.

If you’re considering starting an apprenticeship – or thinking about taking on an apprentice in your team – this is the perfect chance to learn more. Come along, listen to their journeys, and discover the impact apprenticeships can have on careers and organisations.

During the week, we'll host 15-minute conversations with apprentices in varying roles across the business. Each day, our panellists will share their apprenticeship journey - why they chose this route, what they've learned, and advice for anyone who is considering this path.

Join us as we celebrate the achievements and contributions of apprentices in our organisation and beyond.
