Andrea specialises in the assistance to domestic and foreign insurance clients, with particular regard to the areas of Financial Lines and Product Liability.
He has developed significant expertise in domestic and cross-border litigation relating to directors & officers' liability as well as professional liability.
Andrea's practice also focuses on compliance matters and he is member of various Supervisory Bodies under Leg. Decree no 231/2001 of domestic and multinational companies.
Andrea is member of the Executive Committee and Secretary General of Nedcommunity, the Italian association of non-executive and independent directors.
