DWF advises Banco BPM for the financing of PureLabs in the acquisition of D'Arena and Centro Diagnostico Dottori Rubano

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has assisted Banco BPM in financing PureLabs for the acquisition of D'Arena and Centro Diagnostico Dottori Rubano, two leading entities in the provision of diagnostic services.

The DWF team was comprised of the Co-Head of Banking and Finance Gianni Vettorello and Dr. Giorgia Porcile.

The operation also marks PureLabs' entry into the region Campania, the third after Liguria and Lazio, and consolidates its expansion plan aimed at creating one of the main multi-specialty diagnostic hubs in Italy.
