Webinar recording - JCT 2024 The Key Changes

In this webinar, DWF's construction law experts James Callender and Katherine Doran discussed the main changes to the JCT 2024 standard form contracts published to date, and their practical impact for those using these contracts regularly. 

The webinar explained the background to the issuing of the updated contracts and an outline of the key changes – contrasting them with the equivalent provisions in the 2016 Editions and focussing principally on the Design and Build Contract.
