Experience
Victoria qualified in England and Wales in 2010. She started her career in London and spent 10 years working in the heart of the city for major London Market Insurers and Reinsurers, across PEC claims and coverage disputes. In 2020 Victoria relocated to the Middle East to expand her practice and to offer her clients in the Middle East a London Market approach to PEC claims. She now works for Insurers and Reinsurers in her areas of specialism in multiple jurisdictions, including the U.K., Europe, Middle East and Africa. Victoria has extensive experience of managing international, high value and complex claims, including both subrogation and defence matters. Victoria also advises her clients on insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes. She works closely with local advocates to provide a seamless service. In 2022 after only two years on the ground, Victoria was recognised as an ‘Up and Coming Insurance Partner for the UAE’ in Chambers and Partners and was described as a ‘very knowledgeable and respected lawyer with a significant amount of international experience.’
