Stewart is qualified in Scotland and in England & Wales. He specialises, both domestically and internationally, in mid-market restructuring, advising financial institutions and corporates on a wide range of debt restructures, refinancings, disposals and managed exits. Key clients include Homes England, Lloyds Banking Group and The Royal Bank of Scotland.He has substantial experience in respect of distressed real estate and leveraged credits, and in the raising of emergency funding and investment across a range of sectors. He also has experience of acting for lenders in the further education sector, and regularly advises on real estate finance and development finance transactions.
