Ricky is a commercial litigator in a team providing volume litigation, collections and recoveries support. The work he and his team carries out extends from early pre-termination collections through to handling complex and high value defended claims for clients in the banking, finance, debt purchase and utility sectors.
In particular his expertise covers advocacy, collections and recoveries on standard regulated finance agreements, title disputes, satisfactory quality claims, claims involving fraud/misrepresentation and wholesale recoveries.
On the non-contentious side Ricky advises on strategic policy decisions and carries out compliance audits.
