Rebecca has extensive experience in dealing with clinical negligence matters, representing NHS Trusts, privately insured clinicians and private healthcare providers. Rebecca deals with claims on behalf of Defendants, predominantly on the instruction of NHS Resolution, the Medical Protection Society and private insurers.
Rebecca has experienced of managing clinical negligence litigation from the inception of a claim to conclusion, successfully resolving cases both by resolution at settlement meetings and mediation as well as successfully defending cases at trial in the Royal Courts of Justice.
Rebecca also represents NHS Trusts at Inquests upon the instruction of NHS Resolution and has been involved in delivering a number of training sessions to clients and clinicians on the subject matter.
Rebecca has particular expertise in cases concerning care provided by ambulance services, stroke claims and claims relating to the Human Rights Act.
