Experience
Admitted to the Italian Bar in 2022, Riccardo brings experience gained during his collaboration with the public law boutique firm Todarello & Partners (2020–2026). He advises clients on regulatory and legislative matters concerning energy infrastructure, public procurement and project finance.
Riccardo assists clients in both litigation and non-contentious matters, handling high-profile disputes relating to public contracts, environmental procedures and authorisation processes. His advisory work includes drafting tender documentation, legislative drafting, interpreting regulatory frameworks, and supporting clients throughout public procurement, environmental and permitting procedures.
Prior to focusing on administrative law, Riccardo gained significant experience in real estate transactions at ADVANT Nctm (2019–2020). He has developed a strong commercial mindset through strategic secondments in-house, including at Snam S.p.A., where he supported the Legal Procurement department (2026), and at Ceetrus Italy (now Nhood, 2019) as Contract Legal Manager. This dual experience, both in private practice and in corporate environments, enables him to deliver pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions aligned with clients’ objectives.
Riccardo graduated cum laude (110/110) from the University of Milan and conducted research in comparative administrative law at the University of Helsinki.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
