Experience
Prior to her appointment as Deputy General Counsel, Lisa was a member of DWF's UK Corporate team, specialising in Equity Capital Markets and M&A. Lisa has over 17 years' experience of advising issuers and brokers on AIM and Main Market IPOs and secondary fundraisings, public company takeovers/schemes of arrangement and acting for corporates and entrepreneurs on all aspects of M&A activity and strategy.
In recent years, Lisa has collaborated with DWF Ventures within our Connected Services division, to turn traditionally labour-intensive processes into client-friendly and accessible tech-based solutions, which are available to clients on all ECM and M&A transactions.
For four years, Lisa was a member of the leadership team of the UK's Corporate Services Practice Group, with particular responsibility for delivering people strategy.
Lisa is an active member of DWF's Global Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Group, comprising senior leaders from across DWF's global locations, which drives the delivery of DWF's Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
